Mat Class - Domeney Recreation Centre Room 5

Classes are run in Room 4 down the end of the hall on the right.  Bring your own mat and bands if you have any. I will have bands to use too so don't worry if you don't have any.

Be sure to arrive a few minutes earlier to get your mat setup and look forward to feeling fantastic!
