50 Minute Mat Pilates - All body experience focusing on core and body strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, balance, co-ordination, pelvic floor and breath.

Bring your own Mat and water bottle. If you need a band let me know and I will provide this to you. You must be able to get onto the floor. Modifications and Variations are offered to suit different needs.
